New to the area of Tyldesley....Elliott street pharmacy...brilliant...lovely friendly staff...helpful...nothing is to much trouble...its an credit to all the staff that work in such a busy environment

Good staff

I want to thank every member of staff at Elliott Street Pharmacy. You all treat me with such compassion, respect and exceptional customer service. There’s a lady with short blonde hair who I observe with customers whenever I’ve been there. She is genuinely happy to help and I can tell she loves her job. Today, I was struggling with a cough. She asked me if I wanted a cup of water. This is a kindness I cannot repay and it was much needed at the time. This pharmacy always goes the extra mile as there’s other things they’ve done to support me as a patron, too many to mention on here. I have been witness to staff at the pharmacy being treated with disdain yet they have never lost their cool and have treated the raging customer with respect and courtesy. This is a true gem of a place and I am very grateful for them!

First ever visit to this pharmacy, and the service tonight was absolutely first class (02/04/25). The pharmacist and all the staff were brilliant and went above and beyond the call of duty when a prescription had been sent for no apparent reason to a pharmacy down in Stoke on Trent! They were able to work their magic and arrange for the issue to be resolved. Cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts tonight.
